A cancellation policy applies to all payment methods. You will be informed of the terms in writing, and you may review them at any time before or after making your reservation.
For card payments, using any of the accepted cards via STRIPE:
- No changes are allowed within 48 hours prior to your excursion.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour departure will incur a 100% cancellation fee.
- Failure to appear at the scheduled excursion time will result in a 100% penalty of the total rate.
- You must send a copy of your passport via email to verify your identity; we will request it after your purchase is completed.
- On the day of your excursion, you will be required to sign an attendance form provided by our guide.
- When a refund applies, note that Stripe may charge a fee for full or partial refunds. Mayan Riviera Tour covers the payment processing fee, but in the case of a refund, the customer will assume the refund fee.
