Chichen Itzá

Chichen Itzá is one of the top attractions when visiting the Riviera Maya, especially because of its historical significance. It features many ancient Maya buildings, including the main pyramid of Kukulkan. Don’t miss the chance to take a selfie with the majestic pyramid in the background. You’ll have approximately 2 hours to explore the site with our expert guides who will explain each structure and the life of the Mayas in this sacred place. Afterwards, you’ll enjoy 1 hour of free time to explore on your own or buy souvenirs.

Hubiku Cenote

This magnificent cenote is a must-visit. Located near Ek Balam, it is an underground cenote with a stunning light opening from above — a truly unmatched experience. Here, you’ll have time to swim in its refreshing waters and enjoy a delicious meal at the on-site restaurant.

Ek Balam

The day concludes with a visit to this city, built slightly after Chichen Itzá. Here you can admire unique architectural styles that reflect the high social status of its ancient inhabitants. Ek Balam features a traditional Maya ball court, where winning meant the honor of being sacrificed to the gods. You’ll also see many other identical buildings and detailed sculptures worth exploring.

Mayan Tour

This excursion includes various historical and natural spots worth discovering, detailed below.

Cobá

Cobá is one of the most iconic archaeological sites in the Riviera Maya, located a few kilometers from Tulum. Its highlight is the pyramid you can actually climb, offering panoramic views of the surrounding ancient city. The site includes many preserved structures from the Mayan civilization. The guided tour lasts about 2 hours, followed by free time to explore or climb the pyramid. Bike rentals are also available for a more comfortable visit.

Multum Ha Cenote

Diving into the crystal-clear waters of Multum Ha Cenote is a refreshing experience that reconnects you with nature in its purest form. This underground cenote, located near Cobá, offers a serene, magical environment filled with impressive rock formations like stalactites and stalagmites. To help preserve the cenote, it’s essential to shower before entering and avoid using sunscreen or lotions. A hidden gem of the Riviera Maya not to be missed.

Tulum

The most visited archaeological site in the Riviera Maya, Tulum is located right by the beach, making it a must-see. The site features several pyramids and historical buildings with incredible views of the turquoise sea. Don’t forget to take advantage of the viewpoints and even enjoy a swim in the beautiful beach located inside the archaeological zone.

You will have 1 hour with the guide to learn everything about the site and its cultural significance, followed by 30 minutes of free time.
