Information Río Secreto Tour in Riviera Maya

Upon arrival at the reception and service area, guests will begin their experience with a welcome video briefing. From there, transportation will be provided to the Río Secreto nature reserve, a journey of approximately 15 minutes. Once at the park, our guides will greet visitors and provide safety instructions along with the necessary equipment.

Before entering the Mayan underworld, guests will walk along nature trails through the reserve and receive a traditional Mayan welcome. The main tour involves walking and swimming through stunning natural crystal galleries, covering a 1 km route that lasts approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes.

After the underground tour, equipment will be returned, followed by a traditional toast with Xtabentún, a regional liqueur. Guests will then have the opportunity to view photographs taken during the tour and enjoy a regional buffet meal accompanied by refreshing local drinks. The experience concludes with the return transfer back to the reception area.
